Single sided - this flexible PCB is the typical one and is built with a single layer or base material. With a conductive material like copper the coating of single layer is done. On the top of copper layer, they may have a silk screen coat or a protective solder mask. Low production cost is one of the main benefits of this PCB and they are often used in mass-produced items.
